These are the state’s limits, quoted from the rule. Each block names its source and the day we read it there.
Any customer, adult-use or medical · per transaction
| Usable cannabis | 2.5 oz |
| Concentrated cannabis | 1/4 oz |
The statute states the two as separate caps. The CCB's January 2024 exchange chart treats them as one combined budget, and no written CCB answer yet says which reading governs. Until one does, we work from the stricter combined reading.

Your rules, handled
Nevada’s tax rules and purchase limits are written into CannAgent’s compliance engine from the rule text. Where a figure still waits on an answer from the CCB, it is flagged against the rule rather than guessed.
