CCB
Target: Mid 2027Vermont dispensary POS for CCB rules
Written against CCB rules: Vermont’s own Inventory Tracking System, which Rule 2.8.2(b) says point-of-sale sales must reach in real time through its API, and the monthly inventory reconciliation Rule 2.2.6(c) requires within 15 days of month end. Plus the 14% adult-use excise and 6% sales tax, 20% combined, and the licence tiers Act 164 created.

Vermont’s tax rules and purchase limits are written into CannAgent’s compliance engine from the rule text. Where a figure still waits on an answer from the CCB, it is flagged against the rule rather than guessed.
What we have written for Vermont
Vermont coverage is written against CCB rules: the licence tiers under Act 164, the medical and adult-use tax split (both taxes waived only where a dispensary or medical-use-endorsed retailer sells to a registered patient or their registered caregiver), and the Inventory Tracking System duties: real-time sales to its API and a monthly reconciliation within 15 days of month end. CannAgent has no connection to that API yet, and we say so before you sign.
