What it costs

Find the right fit for your shop.

One base per location runs the whole shop, and compliance and books are in it, never an add-on. Modules like the menu and loyalty sit on top, and you pick them. We don’t publish a price list: tell us who you are and what you run, and we send a written quote for your store, itemized, and the number on the invoice.

Compare all features

In the base, every location

  • Register — unlimited registers, offline-mode, vertical-ID gated, cash-discipline
  • Inventory — mobile scan, cycle-count, receive
  • Compliance gates + traceability filing
  • Bookkeeping
  • System Health
  • 150+ in-app help panels

On top, if you pick them

On top of the base you pick only the modules you run. Loyalty, AI reorder, TV boards and the rest are on the modules page. A module you do not pick costs nothing, and nothing on the bill grows with your sales volume.

On every account

The number you sign is the number you keep.

The number you sign is the number you keep

Your rate holds for the term in your signed quote. We don’t meter you on the way there: no per-transaction fee, ever. Only your own choices move the total: a new location or a new module. Staff count does not, with one exception: the Payroll Portal is priced per employee on payroll, and it is not offered to new stores yet.

How the rate works

Your signed quote sets the per-location rate of the modules you run, and the term it holds for. Your bill still scales as you add locations or new modules. Registers and staff are free, except that the Payroll Portal bills per employee on payroll. A module you add later is priced at that day’s rate. Metered and AI modules carry a stated included-usage envelope; usage past it passes through at our cost. Third-party pass-throughs we don’t set, such as SMS carrier fees, state taxes and reg fees, are excluded. A lapse re-prices a later restart at then-current rates.

Compliance is in the base

Waste log, health warnings, advertising rules — the gates coded into the product instead of left to staff memory, and in Washington those are WAC 314-55-097, -105 and -155. Vendor-licence checks and discount discipline are ours: no section requires them, we built them anyway. Plus CCRS traceability. In the base, never an add-on. That is the proof the base is a complete shop, not a teaser.

Books are in the base too

Bookkeeping ships in the base, never as an add-on. Your CPA stops billing for cleanup, and it costs you nothing extra.

No setup fee, no migration fee

Setup, onboarding, and cutover from your current POS are included — no setup fee, no migration fee, no onboarding charge. The number on your quote is the number you pay.

Your data stays yours

Per-location Postgres database, exportable any time. No vendor-database lock-in and no multi-year contract: the initial agreement is twelve months — that is how long it takes us to absorb the cutover cost without charging a migration fee — and after that you are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We do not auto-renew you into another twelve. Your rate holds for the term in your signed quote.

Pricing questions

The ones we get most.

Why isn’t there a price on this page?+

Because the honest number depends on your shop — how many locations and which modules you run. Tell us who you are and we send you a written quote for your store. It is itemized, it is the number on the invoice, and your rate holds for the term in that signed quote.

What does the base include?+

The whole shop: the register with unlimited lanes, inventory, cash discipline, every compliance gate plus traceability filing, bookkeeping, and system health. Compliance and books are never an add-on — that is how you know the base is a complete system, not a stripped teaser. Modules like the online menu and loyalty sit on top, and you only pay for the ones you run. Payroll is not offered to new stores yet.

Do your prices ever adjust?+

Not during your term. Your rate holds for the term in your signed quote. Your bill still grows if you open a location or add a module, because volume drives the total. A module you add later is priced at that day’s rate. Third-party pass-throughs we don’t set, such as SMS carrier fees and state taxes, are outside the quote.

Are there per-register or per-transaction fees?+

No. The base is priced per location, flat, with unlimited registers — add a register, add a budtender, add a manager, same line on the bill. The one exception is the Payroll Portal, priced per employee on payroll, and it is not offered to new stores yet. And there is no per-transaction skim, ever. Cannabis cash-margin is tight enough without a vendor metering every sale.

What happens when I open a second location?+

Your per-location rate comes down and so does every add-on — your quote shows both. There is no setup fee on the new location, and your data carries over without an export-import dance. It is a configuration change, not a re-implementation.

Beyond pricing.

We’re locked into a contract with our current POS — does that block a cutover?
No. Most operators we talk to are mid-contract somewhere else — that’s normal. We can run a parallel-environment migration where you stay live on the current POS through your renewal date, and we stage your CannAgent environment in the background. The actual cutover is a Saturday-night flip, with Sunday the first open on CannAgent; your contract end-date doesn’t need to align with onboarding finish. If you want to hold off the cutover until renewal to avoid double-paying for two months, that’s the most common path. If you’d rather eat the overlap to switch sooner, that’s also fine — we don’t bill until you’re live.
What’s the cancellation policy if we want out later?
Month-to-month after month 12. The initial agreement is twelve months — that’s how long it takes us to absorb the cutover cost without charging a migration fee — and after that you’re month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. We don’t auto-renew you into another twelve. We don’t hold your data hostage on the way out: you get a full SQL export of your Postgres database, a CSV of your transactions and customer list, and your loyalty balances in the standard import shape. If we’re not earning the bill, you should leave.
Do we lose any historical data when we migrate?
No. We pull transactions, customers, loyalty points, vendor records, and inventory snapshots out of your current system before the cutover and load them into your new Postgres database. You see your last twelve months of revenue, your loyalty members keep their points, and your vendor history carries over. Anything we can’t migrate cleanly we tell you about up front — we don’t silently drop rows.
What if we hate it?
Your data exports are yours, any time. The initial agreement is twelve months, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Setup and onboarding are free, so there’s no fee sunk on the way in. The guarantees on every account are at /pricing: compliance in the base, no migration fee, and your data stays yours.
