What it does

AI Reorder Assistant

Reorder quantities from 30-day sales, vendor lead time and fill rate. Your purchaser queues them in one click.

  • Suggested quantity: lead time plus safety days, times the 30-day sales rate, minus on-hand, padded for fill rate
  • Lead time and fill rate learned from your resolved POs once a vendor has three
  • Daily pending reorder lines for auto-order vendors; a person turns them into the PO
  • Holiday demand boost, with a warning 21 days before each cannabis holiday
  • Likely-gone spot check: SKUs whose category sells while they don’t, with resolve buttons
  • Vendor scorecard: fill rate, lead time and partial fills over 30, 90, 180 and 365 days
  • Phase-out candidates flagged daily: no sale in 60 days, under 0.1 a day, over 60 days of cover, or a vendor filling under 70%

  • Receiving fills lines from the PO or manifest, and an invoice total that doesn’t match the lines needs a manager’s note.
  • Vendor license expiry on the vendor record and on /compliance
  • Each zone shows when it was last counted, and the longest-uncounted comes up first. A recount can go to a lead who didn’t do the first count.

Each suggestion is the 30-day sales rate over the vendor’s lead time, minus what is on the shelf, padded for the fill rate that vendor has actually delivered across your resolved POs. You queue it as it stands or change it first; you don’t rebuild it from a spreadsheet at midnight.
