What it does

Receive, count, par, waste — one back-of-house, no spreadsheets.

  • Receiving fills lines from the PO or manifest, and an invoice total that doesn’t match the lines needs a manager’s note.
  • Vendor license expiry on the vendor record and on /compliance
  • Each zone shows when it was last counted, and the longest-uncounted comes up first. A recount can go to a lead who didn’t do the first count.
  • Waste log that asks for a second employee’s name as witness
  • Par levels with a velocity-based suggestion beside each, not a static spreadsheet
  • Managers get a low-stock push twice a day, linking to a below-par list sorted by days of cover.
  • Cannabis quarantine queue for returned product — returns are permitted under 314-55-079(12)

Each suggestion is the 30-day sales rate over the vendor’s lead time, minus what is on the shelf, padded for the fill rate that vendor has actually delivered across your resolved POs. You queue it as it stands or change it first; you don’t rebuild it from a spreadsheet at midnight.
